Consent to the processing of personal data (Service request)

I, the undersigned natural person, by submitting an application on the website "https://ap-ru.com" or through "https://connect.ap-ru.com/" via the "SERVICE MAINTENANCE APPLICATION" form (hereinafter — the application), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and also confirming my legal capacity, hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data indicated in the application (hereinafter — the Consent) by the limited liability company "AVTO PARTNERS" (TIN 7705746577, address: 14 Olimpiysky Prospekt, Moscow, 129090, hereinafter — the Company), which owns the websites "https://ap-ru.com" and "https://connect.ap-ru.com/" (hereinafter — the Website), on the following terms:

The purpose of the processing of personal data is the preparation, conclusion, support, performance and/or termination of contracts, namely for the purpose of providing and/or servicing corporate vehicles, including the rendering of services relating to repair, service maintenance, scheduled maintenance, tire fitting, vehicle transfer, insurance, storage, and the processing and contesting of fines for violations of traffic regulations, urban improvement regulations and other offences connected with operating a vehicle, and other additional services relating to operating lease activities. Within the scope of this purpose, the Company books my appointment at a service station for service maintenance and provides support throughout the entire service maintenance process under the application.

The Company may process the following data of mine: surname, first name and patronymic; telephone number; e-mail address; place of work and position.

The Company may perform the following actions on my personal data: collection, systematization, storage, use, transfer (provision, access) and destruction. The processing of my personal data may be carried out both with and without the use of automation means.

The Company may engage in the processing of my personal data the service station selected by me when completing the application. The engagement of the service station in the processing of my personal data may be effected by entrusting the processing of personal data to it or by transferring personal data (granting access to personal data).

Access to my personal data may also be granted to the person who, on the basis of a contract with the Company, possesses and uses the vehicle indicated by me in the application.

This consent is given for 5 (five) years. The period is counted from 1 January of the year following the year in which the closing primary documents are signed: the certificate of services rendered/works performed, the agent's report or other documents, and the corresponding payment is made.

Consent may be withdrawn by sending the Company a written application or an electronic application signed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on electronic signatures, to the address indicated at the beginning of this Consent. In the event of withdrawal of Consent, the Company has the right to continue processing personal data without it where the grounds specified in clauses 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006 are present.

I have familiarized myself with and agree to the Policy regarding the processing of personal data, and I have read and accepted the User Agreement of LLC "AVTO PARTNERS".
