Consent to the processing of personal data (Online rental application)

I, the undersigned natural person, by submitting an application on the website "https://ap-ru.com" through the "Online rental application" form (hereinafter — the application), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and also confirming my legal capacity, hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data by the limited liability company "AVTO PARTNERS" (TIN 7705746577, address: 14 Olimpiysky Prospekt, Moscow, 129090, hereinafter — the Company), which owns the website "https://ap-ru.com" (hereinafter — the Website), on the following terms:

1. The purpose of the processing of personal data is the fulfilment of the application submitted through the Website. Within the scope of this purpose, the Company reviews the application I have submitted with a view to possible cooperation — the provision of a vehicle for rent. In order to discuss possible cooperation, the Company may contact me by telephone calls or by sending messages to the e-mail address provided by me.
2. The Company may carry out the collection, systematization, storage, use and destruction of the personal data provided by me.
3. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data: surname, first name and patronymic; place of work and position; telephone number; e-mail address; other data provided by me.
4. Personal data are processed until the expiry of 3 (three) months from the date of refusal to further discuss the project or of the conclusion of a contract for the project, whichever occurs sooner. A refusal to further discuss the project may mean not only an expressly stated refusal, but also a pause in the discussion of the project of more than 6 months from the date of the last call/message/e-mail.
5. Consent may be withdrawn by sending the Company a written application or an electronic application signed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on electronic signatures, to the address indicated at the beginning of this Consent. In the event of withdrawal of Consent, the Company has the right to continue processing personal data without it where the grounds specified in clauses 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006 are present.
6. I have familiarized myself with and agree to the Policy regarding the processing of personal data, and I have read and accepted the User Agreement of LLC "AVTO PARTNERS".
