Rules for using Live Chat

The Live Chat is intended for prompt consultation of users of the LLC "AVTO PARTNERS" website on matters relating to the company's services, the rental and maintenance of the vehicle fleet, the status of enquiries, the operation of the personal account and the mobile application, and other related services.
The manager's replies in the Live Chat are informational in nature. The terms of a transaction, the cost of services, deadlines, the scope of works and other material terms are deemed agreed only after confirmation by an authorized representative of the company in a contract, application, work order, invoice or other official document.
2. Data Transmitted by the User to the ChatTo begin a dialogue, the user provides their name, e-mail and mobile telephone number. In the course of the correspondence, the user may voluntarily communicate additional information necessary for processing the enquiry: the name of the organization, the city, the contract or application number, vehicle details, a description of the situation and contact details for a reply.
The user undertakes to provide accurate data and not to transmit through the chat information about third parties without a lawful basis or the consent of such persons.
3. Processing of Personal DataBy ticking the consent checkbox and beginning a dialogue, the user confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the Policy of LLC "AVTO PARTNERS" regarding the processing of personal data, the user agreement and these Live Chat Rules.
The company processes data from the chat in order to identify the enquiry, provide consultation, prepare a reply, monitor the quality of service, ensure the security of the service, and fulfil the obligations provided for by law and by the contractual relations with the user or their organization.
4. Rules of CommunicationIt is prohibited to post messages in the Live Chat that:
- contain threats, insults, discriminatory statements or obscene language;
- violate the rights of third parties, including rights to personal data, trade secrets and the results of intellectual activity;
- contain spam, advertising, malicious links, phishing attempts or instructions for circumventing security measures;
- are unrelated to the services of LLC "AVTO PARTNERS" or interfere with the work of the managers and other users.
In the event of a breach of these rules, the company has the right to end the dialogue, restrict access to the chat and retain technical information about the breach in order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the company.
5. Response Time and Manager StatusThe company endeavours to reply to chat messages as quickly as possible during the managers' working hours. If the managers are temporarily offline, the user may leave a message and contact details; a reply will be sent at the earliest opportunity via the chat, by telephone or by e-mail.
The "manager online" status does not guarantee an immediate reply, as the response time depends on the workload, the complexity of the question and the need to verify information in internal systems.
6. Retention of Dialogue HistoryThe message history may be retained in the information systems of LLC "AVTO PARTNERS" in order to confirm the fact of the enquiry, continue the consultation, improve the quality of service, consider complaints and ensure security. The retention period is determined by the purposes of processing, the applicable policies of the company, contractual obligations and the requirements of the law.
7. SecurityThe user should not transmit through the chat passwords, one-time codes, full bank card details, special categories of personal data or other information not required for the consultation. If such information has been transmitted in error, the company has the right to delete or anonymize it as part of its information security procedures.
8. Amendment of the RulesLLC "AVTO PARTNERS" may update these rules in the event of changes to the chat's functionality, business processes, company documents or legal requirements. The current version is posted in the documents section of the website.
